DakhaBrakha.

DakhaBrakha is a Ukrainian folk-inspired music group from Kyiv, founded in 2004 within the creative environment of the Dakh Theatre. The band describes its unique sound as “ethno chaos,” blending Ukrainian folk traditions with elements of world music, minimalism, blues, soul, and experimental sound. DakhaBrakha gained international recognition through performances at major festivals such as Glastonbury, Bonnaroo, WOMAD, Roskilde, and Sziget. In 2020, the group became a laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine. The band features Marko Halanevych, Nina Garenetska, Iryna Kovalenko, and Olena Tsybulska.
